The Central Coast Film Society is back in the building with their annual celebration of spooky cinema. This time, we enjoy one of the greatest adult fairy tales of all time, with Guillermo del Toro’s visually breathtaking and emotionally harrowing journey of fantastic spiritual realms and all-too-real life during wartime. In 1944 Francoist Spain, an imaginative young girl meets a faun who tells her she's a princess and that she must prove her worthiness by completing three dangerous tasks. The faun himself (and one of the film’s most unforgettable monsters) will be joining us at The Bay for the screening, the inimitable creature-character-actor, Doug Jones!
